ABOUT ME

Hey there! My name is Dean Seda and I am an experienced DJ and Personal Trainer based in Westfield, NJ.

I am a New Jersey, Open-Format DJ (All Genres and Eras of Music) and have DJ’d various events for 8 years. I’m available for Corporate Events, Weddings, Birthday Parties or other Private Events in addition to Public Venues such as Bars, Lounges and Restaurants. I DJ in New Jersey and travel nationally to provide my clients with a unique experience that is detail-oriented and full of musical creativity!

Just as music is a way of life for me, fitness and movement are also at my core and fills my soul. To me, Personal Training encompasses more than just physical exercise. I understand the emotional and psychological aspects that come along with one’s fitness journey. This allows me to take a comprehensive and empathetic approach when creating tailored exercise programs and the lifestyle modifications I help clients develop.

My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Sport Management from the University of Miami, a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University, and certifications through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I’m a Personal Trainer with 14 years of experience based in Westfield, but I also cater to local areas such as Cranford, Garwood, Springfield, Mountainside, Scotch Plains, Union, and Clark. Online Personal Training is also an available option. We can work together no matter where you live!

I am also a Certified Zumba Instructor and have been teaching classes for 9 years. I love to dance and Zumba is a way that I can express myself and enjoy teaching while bringing happiness and fitness to many students! From Latin to World genres, my class is like an airplane that will take you on a trip around the world. You can join me in an online Zumba class or locally in New Jersey.
